Anna and Maria Ritsch are sisters whose creative journey began in early 2020 under the collaborative name ‘Ritsch Sisters’. What began as individual pursuits in photography and art has now evolved into a unified exploration that transcends the traditional boundaries of visual storytelling. Based in Vienna and New York City, the duo creates powerful imagery and video works that delve into the interplay of physical spaces, emotions, and the human experience.
Together, they push the limits of photography, experimenting with new mediums and forms, continually searching for innovative ways to intertwine the worlds of art, fashion, and beauty. In carving their own path, they are not just capturing images, they’re telling stories that challenge, inspire, and redefine the visual landscape.
